Welcome to Évangéline Paris. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Delivery & Shipping
In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days within Kuwait.
Sale Periods: Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during high-volume sale periods or public holidays.
2. Pre-Orders & Advance Payments
Priority Access: Customers may be given the option to make an advance payment for certain items (Pre-Order). This ensures you receive the item as a priority once it is back in stock.
Timeline: Pre-ordered items typically require 12 to 20 working days to be processed and ready for delivery.
3. Incorrect Shipments
In the event that you receive an incorrect shipment or an item you did not order, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. Please notify us immediately upon discovery.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Health & Hygiene Policy)
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we adhere to a strict return policy:
- Notification Period: If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Hygiene & Safety (Strict): Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetics, items cannot be returned or exchanged if the original seal, cellophane, or packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.
- Condition: All eligible returns must be in their original, pristine condition, unused, and must include all original tags and packaging.
- On-Demand Orders: There is no refund or exchange on products provided via “On-Demand” or custom requests.
- Authorization: We do not accept items sent back to us without a prior approved return request. Items must be undamaged and all tags must be attached.
